PhD Student Recommendation Letter

To Whom It May Concern:
November  Lee  is a very unique and exceptional character in the work place. My relationship with her started when I was the supervisor of the unit where she worked in Worldbank. This gave me enough opportunity to observe her very closely. Please find my observations below for your reference.

Attitude:
November has a positive outlook of every thing. I don’t know how she does it.

Character:
November is highly disciplined, sincere and has pleasing manners. This made her a favourite of the bank customers.

Intellectual independence:
Miss November has the capability to complete assigned tasks with minimum supervision.  That makes her intellectually independent. She handles most of the numeric reports of the unit.

Communication:
November is good both in oral and written communication. She has the capability to put across ideas very clearly both orally and in written form. She is writing her own novel already.

Leadership:
In team tasks, this staff always emerged as a team leader because of her sincerity and overall multifaceted personality. I believe she would be a good teacher because I have seen her anchored a couple of trainings in the branch.

Computer literacy:
November is well versed with Excel, PowerPoint and Ms Word applications.

Miss November will be an apt student to undergo a graduate program. I enthusiastically recommend her for the graduate program she has applied for in your university with full financial aid.
